Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lesmazer tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen Veduta uygulamasının gizliliğinizi nasıl koruduğunu açıklar. Veduta; iPhone (iOS 18 ve üzeri) ve iPad (iPadOS 18 ve üzeri) için, tüm fotoğraf düzenlemeyi cihazınızda yapan bir kolaj ve fotoğraf düzenleme uygulamasıdır.
Temel ilkemiz nettir: tüm düzenleme cihazınızda yapılır. Veduta düzenleme için internet bağlantısına veya kendi sunucularına ihtiyaç duymaz; hesap, kayıt veya kullanıcı profili oluşturma da yoktur. Tek istisna, isteğe bağlı Veduta Pro aboneliğini doğrulamak ve yönetmek için kullanılan abonelik altyapısıdır (bkz. Bölüm 4).
Seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar, üzerlerinde yaptığınız düzenlemeler, oluşturduğunuz kolajlar ve uygulama tercihleriniz yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve cihazınızda saklanır. Veduta bunları hiçbir sunucuya yüklemez; siz kendiniz paylaşmadıkça bizimle veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Cihazınızın yedeklemesi (bulut ya da bilgisayar yedeği) açıksa, bu veriler diğer uygulamaların verileri gibi o yedeğe dahil edilir; bu yedeğe erişimimiz yoktur.
Fotoğraflarınıza biz hiçbir zaman erişemeyiz. Bitmiş çalışmanızı kaydettiğinizde, bunu siz seçtiğiniz için cihazınızdaki fotoğraf kitaplığına kaydedilir. Kaydettikten sonra dilerseniz ayrıca dosya olarak kaydedebilir, panoya kopyalayabilir ya da paylaşım menüsüyle seçtiğiniz bir uygulamaya gönderebilirsiniz; bu yolla gönderdiğiniz içeriğe, seçtiğiniz uygulamanın kendi gizlilik kuralları uygulanır. Kendi görünüm dosyalarınızı içe aktarabilir ve paylaşabilir, Pro ile renk tablosu (LUT) dosyalarını içe aktarabilirsiniz.
Düzenlediğiniz bir fotoğrafı (tek tek ya da toplu düzenlemede) kaydettiğinizde Veduta, orijinal fotoğrafın çekim tarihini, fotoğrafı çeken cihazın marka ve modelini ve varsa konum bilgisini kaydedilen görsele aktarır; kolajlara bu bilgiler eklenmez. Konumun eklenmesini istemiyorsanız Ayarlar > Dışa Aktarma > Konumu Kaldır seçeneğini açın. Bu seçenek, açtıktan sonra yapılan kayıtlardan ve uygulamadaki “Son Çalışmaların” bölümünde tutulan kopyalardan konumu siler; daha önce fotoğraf kitaplığınıza kaydedilmiş görselleri değiştirmez. Bu bilgiler bize iletilmez; kaydedilen bir görseli paylaşırsanız görselle birlikte gider.
Kırmızı Göz, Yüzleri Gizle, Konuyu Ayır ve kolajdaki otomatik kadraj gibi araçlar, fotoğraftaki yüzlerin, gözlerin ve ana konunun yerini yalnızca cihazınızda bulur. Bu algılama hiçbir yere gönderilmez, yüz tanıma yapmaz ve kimseyi tanımlamak için kullanılmaz. Saklanan tek şey, düzenlemenizin parçası olan konumlardır (örneğin sansür alanı veya göz düzeltme noktası); bunlar diğer düzenlemelerinizle birlikte cihazınızdaki taslaklarınızda tutulur.
Veduta yalnızca tek bir isteğe bağlı izin ister:

Veduta fotoğraf kitaplığınızı okumaz. Düzenlemek istediğiniz görselleri her zaman siz seçersiniz: Apple'ın sistem fotoğraf seçicisiyle (uygulamanın değil, sistemin kendi ekranıdır), cihazınızdaki dosyalardan, başka bir uygulamadan görseli Veduta ile açarak veya Yapıştır düğmesine dokunarak. Uygulamaya yalnızca seçtiğiniz görseller gelir; Veduta panonuzu kendiliğinden okumaz.
Veduta kamera, mikrofon, konum veya kişiler iznini istemez. Fotoğraflarınızın içinde zaten bulunan konum bilgisi için Bölüm 2'ye bakın. İzinleri dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar uygulamasından değiştirebilirsiniz.
Veduta reklam ağı, sosyal medya pikseli, kullanıcı izleme amaçlı analitik veya cihazınızdan dışarı veri gönderen bir çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanmaz ve sizi izlemez. Ödemeyi yürüten Apple App Store dışında uygulamanın bağlandığı tek dış hizmet, isteğe bağlı Veduta Pro aboneliğini doğrulayan ve yöneten abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızdır (ABD'de yerleşik bir şirket). Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın adlarını ve gizlilik politikalarını contact@lesmazer.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
İsteğe bağlı Veduta Pro aboneliği satın alındığında, ödeme işlemi tamamen Apple App Store tarafından yürütülür; ödeme/kart bilgileriniz Veduta'ya veya abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımıza iletilmez ve bizim tarafımızdan saklanmaz; bu işleme Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikası uygulanır.
Veduta'yı kullanan herkes için (abone olmasanız da), uygulama açıldığında ve yeniden öne geldiğinde (internet bağlantısı varken) abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızla bağlantı kurulur. Amaç; size sunulan abonelik seçeneklerini göstermek, Veduta Pro durumunuzu kontrol etmek ve satın alımlarınızı doğrulayıp cihazlarınızda geri yüklemektir. Bu sırada şu veriler işlenir: varsa Apple satın alma kaydınız (satın alınan ürün, abonelik başlangıç ve bitiş tarihi gibi); uygulamanın rastgele oluşturduğu bir kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı; işletim sisteminin bu cihazda yalnızca bizim uygulamalarımız için oluşturduğu cihaz tanımlayıcısı (reklam kimliği değildir); cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, dil tercihleriniz ve App Store ülkeniz gibi teknik bilgiler; ve her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi IP adresiniz. Ayrıca izleme izninin durumunu gösteren bir değer iletilir (uygulama bu izni hiç istemez). Adınız, e-postanız, fotoğraflarınız ve ödeme bilgileriniz gönderilmez; bu veriler reklam veya uygulamalar arası izleme için kullanılmaz. Bu veriler takma adlıdır: sizi doğrudan tanımlamaz, ancak anonim değildir ve kişisel veri sayılır.
Uygulamadaki Gizlilik Politikası, Kullanım Şartları ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni bağlantıları ilgili sayfayı tarayıcınızda açar; “Bizi Değerlendir” App Store'daki değerlendirme ekranını açar. “Bize Ulaşın” e-posta uygulamanızda bir taslak açar (ayrıntı: aşağıdaki “Bize ulaştığınızda” paragrafı); e-posta uygulaması açılamazsa adresimizi kopyalayabilirsiniz. “Aboneliği Yönet” ve “Teklif Kodu Kullan” Apple'ın kendi ekranlarında açılır.
Bize ulaştığınızda: Uygulamadaki “Bize Ulaşın” seçeneği, adresimiz ve konu satırı hazır olarak e-posta uygulamanızı açar; e-postanın altına uygulama sürümü, işletim sistemi sürümü ve cihaz modelinden oluşan kısa bir satır eklenir. Bu satırı göndermeden önce silebilir veya değiştirebilirsiniz. Bize e-posta gönderirseniz (uygulamadan ya da doğrudan), e-posta adresiniz, e-postanızda görünüyorsa adınız, mesajınız ve varsa bu satır bize ulaşır. Bunları yalnızca talebinizi yanıtlamak ve bildirdiğiniz sorunu incelemek için kullanır, talebiniz sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 12 ay saklar, ardından sileriz. Bu bilgiler reklam veya izleme amacıyla kullanılmaz. Destek e-postaları, e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımız aracılığıyla yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir.
Veduta sizi izlemez. Aşağıdakilerin hiçbiri kullanılmaz veya toplanmaz:
Veduta, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Bize kendiniz e-posta göndermediğiniz sürece, sizi doğrudan tanımlayan bir veri (ad, e-posta, iletişim bilgisi) işlenmez; abonelik kontrolü için yalnızca Bölüm 4'te sayılan takma adlı veriler işlenir. 6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamındaki haklarınıza saygı duyarız. Bize kendiniz e-posta göndermediğiniz sürece, Veduta adınız, e-postanız veya iletişim bilgileriniz gibi sizi doğrudan tanımlayan veriler toplamaz; abonelik kontrolü için Bölüm 4'te sayılan takma adlı veriler işlenir. Bu veriler sizi doğrudan tanımlamaz ama anonim değildir, bu nedenle kişisel veri sayılır. Bu verilere, destek yazışmalarınıza ve abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımıza ilişkin talepleriniz için contact@lesmazer.com üzerinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Tüm içeriğiniz cihazınızdadır ve sizin kontrolünüzdedir. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda ona ait tüm yerel veriler (çalışmalarınız, taslaklarınız, kayıtlı görünümleriniz, içe aktardığınız dosyalar ve ayarlarınız) cihazınızdan silinir. Fotoğraf kitaplığınıza kaydettiğiniz veya paylaştığınız görseller bulundukları yerde kalır; cihaz yedeklerinizdeki kopyalar yedekleme ayarlarınıza, abonelik kayıtları ise Apple'ın ve abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımızın saklama kurallarına tabidir. This Privacy Policy explains how Veduta, developed and operated by Lesmazer, protects your privacy. Veduta is a collage and photo editing app for iPhone (iOS 18 or later) and iPad (iPadOS 18 or later) that does all photo editing on your device.
Our core principle is simple: all editing happens on your device. Veduta needs no internet connection or servers of its own for editing; there is no account, no sign-up, and no user profiling. The only exception is the subscription infrastructure used to validate and manage the optional Veduta Pro subscription (see Section 4).
The photos you choose, the edits you make, the collages you create, and your app preferences are processed only on your device and stored on your device. Veduta never uploads them to any server, and they are not shared with us or any third party unless you share them yourself. If your device's backup (cloud or computer) is turned on, this data is included in that backup like other apps' data; we have no access to that backup.
We never have access to your photos. When you save your finished work, it is saved to the photo library on your device because you chose to save it. After saving, you can also save it as a file, copy it, or send it to an app you pick from the share sheet; anything you send this way is governed by the receiving app's own privacy practices. You can import and share your own look files, and import color lookup table (LUT) files with Pro.
When you save a photo you edited (one at a time or in a batch), Veduta carries over the original photo's capture date, the make and model of the device that took it and, if present, its location to the saved image; collages do not include this information. If you don't want the location included, turn on Settings > Export > Remove Location. It removes the location from images saved after you turn it on and from the copies kept in “Your Recent Work” in the app; it does not change images already saved to your photo library. This information is never sent to us; if you share a saved image, it goes with the image.
Tools such as Red-Eye, Hide Faces, Isolate Subject and automatic framing in collages find faces, eyes and the main subject in your photo on your device only. This detection is never sent anywhere, does not perform face recognition and is never used to identify anyone. The only things kept are the positions that become part of your edit (for example a censor area or a red-eye point); these are kept with your other edits in your drafts on your device.
Veduta requests only one optional permission:

Veduta does not read your photo library. You always choose the images you edit yourself: with Apple's system photo picker (a system screen, separate from the app), from files on your device, by opening an image in Veduta from another app, or by tapping the Paste button. Only the images you choose come into the app; Veduta never reads your clipboard on its own.
Veduta does not request camera, microphone, location, or contacts permission. For location information already contained in your photos, see Section 2. You can change permissions at any time in the Settings app.
Veduta uses no advertising network, no social media pixel, no user-tracking analytics, and no crash-reporting service that sends data off your device, and the app does not track you. Apart from the Apple App Store, which processes payment, the only external service the app connects to is our subscription infrastructure provider (a company based in the United States), which validates and manages the optional Veduta Pro subscription. You can request our providers' names and privacy policies at contact@lesmazer.com.
When you buy the optional Veduta Pro subscription, the payment itself is processed entirely by the Apple App Store; your payment/card details are never sent to Veduta or to our subscription infrastructure provider and are not stored by us — this is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
For everyone who uses Veduta (whether or not you subscribe), the app connects to our subscription infrastructure provider when it opens and when it returns to the foreground (while you are online). The purpose is to show the subscription options available to you, check your Veduta Pro status, and verify and restore your purchases across your devices. The following is processed: your Apple purchase record if there is one (such as the product purchased and subscription start and end dates); a random user identifier created by the app; a device identifier that the operating system creates only for our apps on this device (not the advertising identifier); technical details such as device model, operating system and app version, your language preferences and App Store country; and, as with any internet connection, your IP address. A value showing the status of the tracking permission is also sent (the app never asks for this permission). Your name, email, photos and payment details are never sent, and this data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. This data is pseudonymous: it does not directly identify you, but it is not anonymous and counts as personal data.
In the app, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and KVKK Privacy Notice links open the relevant page in your browser; “Rate Us” opens the review screen in the App Store. “Contact Us” opens a draft in your email app (see “Contacting us” below); if no email app is available, you can copy our address instead. “Manage Subscription” and “Redeem Offer Code” open Apple's own screens.
Contacting us: The “Contact Us” option in the app opens your email app with our address and a subject line already filled in; a short line with the app version, operating system version and device model is added at the bottom of the email. You can delete or edit it before sending. If you email us (from the app or directly), we receive your email address, your name if it appears in your email, your message and, if included, that line. We use them only to answer your request and look into the issue you report, and we keep them for up to 12 months after your request is resolved and then delete them. This information is not used for advertising or tracking. Support emails may be processed on servers outside Türkiye through our email service provider.
Veduta does not track you. None of the following are used or collected:
Veduta does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Unless you email us yourself, no data that directly identifies you (name, email, contact details) is processed; only the pseudonymous data listed in Section 4 is processed to check your subscription. We honor your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Unless you email us yourself, Veduta does not collect data that directly identifies you, such as your name, email or contact details; the pseudonymous data listed in Section 4 is processed to check your subscription. This data does not directly identify you, but it is not anonymous, so it counts as personal data. For requests regarding this data, your support correspondence or our subscription infrastructure provider, contact us at contact@lesmazer.com.
All of your content stays on your device and under your control. Deleting the app removes all of its local data from your device (your creations, drafts, saved looks, imported files and settings). Images you have saved to your photo library or shared stay where they are; copies in your device backups follow your backup settings, and subscription records follow the retention rules of Apple and our subscription infrastructure provider. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page and the "Effective Date" will be revised.
