Veduta'nın kendine ait bir sunucusu yoktur. Uygulama, kimliğinizi doğrudan belirleyen herhangi bir kişisel veriyi (ad, e-posta, konum, rehber vb.) toplamaz. Veduta'yı kullanmak için hesap açmanız, kayıt olmanız veya herhangi bir kimlik bilgisi vermeniz gerekmez. İstisnalardan biri, abonelik durumunun kontrolü için abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız tarafından işlenen sınırlı verilerdir: varsa Apple satın alma kaydınız, uygulamanın oluşturduğu rastgele bir kullanıcı tanımlayıcısı, işletim sisteminin bu cihazda yalnızca uygulamalarımıza özel atadığı cihaz tanımlayıcısı (reklam kimliği değildir), cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, dil tercihleriniz, App Store ülkeniz, IP adresiniz ve izleme izninin durumunu gösteren bir değer (uygulama bu izni hiç istemez). Bu veriler adınızı veya e-postanızı içermez; ancak tanımlayıcılar ve IP adresi nedeniyle KVKK kapsamında kişisel veri sayılır (bkz. Bölüm 3 ve 5). Diğer istisna, bize kendiniz e-posta gönderdiğinizde işlenen verilerdir (aşağıdaki son madde).
Tüm fotoğraf düzenleme işlemleri %100 cihaz üzerinde gerçekleşir; fotoğraflarınız ve düzenlemeleriniz tarafımızca hiçbir amaçla cihaz dışına aktarılmaz; yalnızca siz paylaşmayı seçerseniz seçtiğiniz yere gider.
İsteğe bağlı "Veduta Pro" aboneliğinin ödemesi tümüyle Apple App Store tarafından yürütülür. Uygulama açıldığında ve uygulamaya geri döndüğünüzde abonelik seçeneklerinin gösterilmesi ve Veduta Pro durumunuzun kontrolü; satın alma ve "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" sırasında ise aboneliğin doğrulanması amacıyla abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız Bölüm 2'de sayılan verileri işler. Bu kontrol, abonelik satın almamış olsanız da yapılır. Ödeme bilgileriniz (kart numarası vb.) Veduta'ya veya sağlayıcımıza iletilmez; bu veriler reklam veya uygulamalar arası izleme için kullanılmaz.
Destek ve başvurular: Bize gönderdiğiniz e-postalar, talebinizi yanıtlamak, bildirdiğiniz sorunu incelemek ve KVKK kapsamındaki başvurularınızı sonuçlandırmak amacıyla işlenir.
Toplama yöntemi: Fotoğraf ve düzenleme içerikleriniz tarafımızca toplanmaz. Abonelikle ilgili veriler uygulama aracılığıyla otomatik elektronik yollarla toplanır ve Apple App Store ile abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız üzerinden işlenir. Destek yazışmaları, bize gönderdiğiniz e-posta ile elektronik yolla toplanır.
Veduta uygulaması, adınız veya e-postanız gibi kimliğinizi doğrudan belirleyen veri işlemez. Bölüm 2'de sayılan abonelik kontrolü verileri; satın aldığınız aboneliğin sağlanması ve satın alma öncesinde abonelik seçeneklerinin gösterilmesi için bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası (KVKK m. 5/2-c) ile satın alımların doğrulanması ve geri yüklenmesindeki meşru menfaatimiz (KVKK m. 5/2-f) hukuki sebeplerine dayanır. Apple App Store ve abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız üzerinden gerçekleşen işlemler, ilgili sağlayıcıların gizlilik politikalarına da tabidir.
Bu sınırlı işleme açık rızaya dayanmaz; yukarıda belirtilen sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası ile meşru menfaat sebeplerine dayanır. Bize kendiniz e-posta göndermediğiniz sürece, kimliğinizi doğrudan belirleyen (ad, e-posta, iletişim) bir veri işlenmez. Bize e-posta gönderdiğinizde yazışmalarınız, talebinizi yanıtlamaktaki meşru menfaatimize (KVKK m. 5/2-f); KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki başvurularınız ise hukuki yükümlülüğümüzü yerine getirmemize (KVKK m. 5/2-ç) dayanılarak işlenir.
Yurt içi aktarım: Yok.
Yurt dışı aktarım: Abonelik kontrolü ve destek e-postalarıyla sınırlıdır. Bölüm 2'de sayılan abonelik verileri, yurt dışında (ABD) yerleşik abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız tarafından bu metinde belirtilen amaçlarla işlenir. Destek e-postaları, e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımızın yurt dışındaki sunucularında işlenebilir. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın adlarını ve gizlilik politikalarını, KVKK m. 11/1-(ç) kapsamında contact@lesmazer.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
Veduta, fotoğraflarınızı ve düzenlemelerinizi hiçbir sunucuya göndermez. Uygulamanın kendiliğinden kurduğu tek dış bağlantı aboneliğe ilişkindir: uygulama açıldığında ve yeniden öne geldiğinde abonelik seçenekleri ve Pro durumunuz kontrol edilir, satın alma ve geri yükleme sırasında abonelik doğrulanır. Ödeme Apple App Store tarafından yürütülür (Apple'ın gizlilik politikası kapsamında). Bunun dışında reklam ağı, sosyal medya pikseli, kullanıcı izleme amaçlı analitik veya cihazınızdan dışarı veri gönderen bir çökme raporlama hizmeti kullanılmaz.
Bize gönderdiğiniz destek e-postaları dışında, tarafımızca saklanan ve kimliğinizi doğrudan belirleyen bir kişisel veri yoktur. Destek yazışmaları, talebiniz sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 12 ay saklanır, ardından silinir. Fotoğraflarınız, düzenlemeleriniz ve kolajlarınız cihazınızda ve sizin kontrolünüzde tutulur; istediğiniz zaman cihazınızdan silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmanız, ona ait tüm yerel verileri de cihazınızdan kaldırır.
Bölüm 2'de sayılan abonelik kontrolü verileri, kimliğinizi doğrudan belirlemese de kişisel veri sayılır; bu veriler ile Apple App Store ve abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız nezdindeki abonelik/satın alma kayıtları, ilgili sağlayıcıların saklama politikalarına tabidir.
KVKK madde 11 kapsamında veri sahibi olarak aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
Fotoğraf ve düzenleme içerikleriniz yalnızca cihazınızda, sizin kontrolünüzdedir. Abonelik kontrolü için işlenen sınırlı veriler takma adlı bir kullanıcı tanımlayıcısına ve cihaz tanımlayıcısına bağlıdır; bu verilere ilişkin talepleriniz için contact@lesmazer.com adresinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
Yukarıdaki haklarınızı kullanmak için kimliğinizi tespit edici bilgiler ve talebinizle birlikte contact@lesmazer.com adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz.
Başvurularınız 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır. Yanıttan tatmin olmamanız hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
Bu metin gerek gördükçe güncellenir. Güncelleme tarihi sayfanın üst kısmında belirtilir. Önemli değişiklikleri görmek için bu sayfayı periyodik olarak gözden geçirmeniz önerilir.
Veduta has no server of its own. The app does not collect any personal data that directly identifies you (such as your name, email, location or contacts). You do not need to open an account, sign up or give any identity information to use Veduta. One exception is the limited data processed by our subscription infrastructure provider to check your subscription status: your Apple purchase record if there is one, a random user identifier created by the app, a device identifier that the operating system assigns on this device only for our apps (not the advertising identifier), device model, operating system and app version, your language preferences, your App Store country, your IP address and a value showing the status of the tracking permission (the app never asks for this permission). This data does not include your name or email; however, because of the identifiers and the IP address, it counts as personal data under the KVKK (see Sections 3 and 5). The other exception is the data processed when you email us yourself (last item below).
All photo editing happens 100% on the device; we never transfer your photos or edits off your device for any purpose; they go somewhere else only if you choose to share them, and only where you choose.
Payment for the optional "Veduta Pro" subscription is handled entirely by the Apple App Store. Our subscription infrastructure provider processes the data listed in Section 2 to show the subscription options and check your Veduta Pro status when the app opens and when you return to it, and to verify the subscription during purchase and "Restore Purchases". This check is made even if you have not bought a subscription. Your payment details (such as card numbers) are never sent to Veduta or to our provider, and this data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Support and requests: Emails you send us are processed to answer your request, look into the issue you report and handle your applications under the KVKK.
Collection method: We do not collect your photos or edits. Subscription-related data is collected automatically by electronic means through the app and processed through the Apple App Store and our subscription infrastructure provider. Support correspondence is collected electronically through the email you send us.
The Veduta app does not process data that directly identifies you, such as your name or email. The subscription-check data listed in Section 2 is processed on two legal bases: the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), to provide the subscription you buy and to show the subscription options before purchase; and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) in verifying and restoring purchases. Transactions through the Apple App Store and our subscription infrastructure provider are also subject to those providers' privacy policies.
This limited processing does not rely on explicit consent; it relies on the establishment or performance of a contract and on legitimate interest, as stated above. Unless you email us yourself, no data that directly identifies you (name, email, contact details) is processed. When you email us, your correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-f), and applications under KVKK Art. 11 on the basis of fulfilling our legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
Transfers within Türkiye: None.
Transfers abroad: Limited to the subscription check and support emails. The subscription data listed in Section 2 is processed by our subscription infrastructure provider, which is based abroad (United States), for the purposes stated in this notice. Support emails may be processed on our email service provider's servers abroad. You can request the names and privacy policies of our service providers at contact@lesmazer.com under KVKK Art. 11/1-(ç).
Veduta never sends your photos or edits to any server. The only external connection the app makes on its own concerns the subscription: when the app opens and when it returns to the foreground, the subscription options and your Pro status are checked, and the subscription is verified during purchase and restore. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store (under Apple's privacy policy). Apart from this, no advertising network, social media pixel, user-tracking analytics or crash-reporting service that sends data off your device is used.
Apart from support emails you send us, we keep no personal data that directly identifies you. Support correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after your request is resolved and then deleted. Your photos, edits and collages are kept on your device and under your control; you can delete them from your device at any time. Deleting the app also removes all of its local data from your device.
The subscription-check data listed in Section 2 counts as personal data even though it does not directly identify you; this data and the subscription and purchase records held by the Apple App Store and our subscription infrastructure provider are subject to those providers' retention policies.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:
Your photos and edits are only on your device, under your control. The limited data processed for the subscription check is linked to a pseudonymous user identifier and a device identifier; for requests about this data, contact us at contact@lesmazer.com.
To exercise the rights above, you can email contact@lesmazer.com with information that identifies you and your request.
Your applications are resolved free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
