Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Veduta uygulamasını kullanmanızı düzenleyen yasal sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
Veduta, Lesmazer tarafından geliştirilen; iPhone ve iPad için (iOS 18 ve üzeri; Mac Catalyst aracılığıyla macOS) bir fotoğraf düzenleme ve kolaj oluşturma uygulamasıdır. Tüm fotoğraf düzenleme işlemleri tamamen cihazınızda gerçekleşir.
Fotoğraflarınızı Apple'ın sistem fotoğraf seçici aracılığıyla siz seçersiniz; uygulama fotoğraf kütüphanenizi okumaz. Düzenlenmiş fotoğraf veya kolajları kaydetmek için yalnızca "Fotoğraflara Ekle" izni istenir.
2. Abonelik ve Otomatik Yenileme
Veduta Pro isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir. Sunulan planlar:
Aylık abonelik
Yıllık abonelik
Tüm satın alma işlemleri ve ödemeler tamamen Apple tarafından App Store üzerinden yürütülür. Veduta ödeme bilgilerinizi (kart numarası vb.) hiçbir zaman almaz veya saklamaz. Fiyatlar bölgeye ve para birimine göre değişir.
Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, mevcut dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Kimliğinize tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler üzerinden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
"Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" seçeneği, mevcut hakkınızı yeniden doğrular. Abonelik durumunuzun doğrulanması ve cihazlarınız arasında geri yüklenmesi için abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) kullanılır; bu kapsamda işlenen sınırlı veriler hakkında ayrıntı için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakabilirsiniz.
3. Ücretsiz ve Pro
Veduta'nın temel özellikleri ücretsiz olarak sunulur. Veduta Pro, ek düzenleme araçlarına ve gelişmiş özelliklere erişim sağlar.
Ücretsiz ve Pro özelliklerinin kapsamı, hizmetin geliştirilmesi doğrultusunda zaman zaman değiştirilebilir. Bu tür değişiklikler aktif abonelik döneminizde satın aldığınız haklara olumsuz biçimde uygulanmaz.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Veduta'yı kullanırken şunları kabul edersiniz:
Uygulamayı yalnızca yürürlükteki yasalara uygun ve hukuka aykırı olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak;
İşlediğiniz fotoğraflar üzerinde gerekli haklara veya izinlere sahip olmak ve üçüncü kişilerin telif veya kişilik haklarını ihlal etmemek;
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamak, kopyalamamak veya izinsiz biçimde dağıtmamak;
Uygulama üzerinden oluşturduğunuz tüm içeriğin sorumluluğunu üstlenmek.
5. Sorumluluk Reddi ve Sınırlama
Veduta, yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle", açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez.
İçeriğiniz cihazınızda saklandığından, fotoğraf ve düzenlemelerinizin yedeklenmesi sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Lesmazer; veri kaybı dahil olmak üzere dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
6. Apple App Store Hükümleri
Bu Kullanım Koşulları sizinle Lesmazer arasındadır; Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir. Apple, uygulamaya ilişkin herhangi bir bakım veya destek sağlamakla yükümlü değildir.
Bu sözleşmede aksine hüküm bulunması halinde, App Store'dan edinilen uygulamalar için Apple'ın Standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir; ilgili metne apple.com/legal adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz. Apple ve iştirakleri, bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
7. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Değişiklikler
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, kanunlar ihtilafı kuralları hariç olmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "Yürürlük Tarihi" değişir. Değişikliklerin yürürlüğe girmesinden sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
These Terms of Service are the legal agreement governing your use of the Veduta app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Veduta is a photo editor and collage maker for iPhone and iPad (iOS 18 and later; macOS via Mac Catalyst), developed by Lesmazer. All photo editing happens entirely on your device.
You choose your photos through Apple's system photo picker; the app does not read your photo library. The only permission requested is "Add to Photos," used solely to save your edited photos or collages.
2. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Veduta Pro is an optional subscription. The available plans are:

Yearly subscription
All purchases and payments are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Veduta never receives or stores your payment information (such as card numbers). Prices vary by region and currency.
A subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied to your Apple ID within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
"Restore Purchases" re-validates your existing entitlement. Verifying your subscription status and restoring purchases across your devices is handled by our subscription infrastructure provider RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.); for details on the limited data processed, see our Privacy Policy.
3. Free and Pro
Veduta's core features are available free of charge. Veduta Pro unlocks additional editing tools and advanced features.
The scope of free and Pro features may change from time to time as the service evolves. Such changes will not be applied adversely to entitlements you have already purchased for your active subscription period.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Veduta, you agree to:
Use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable law;
Have the necessary rights or permissions for the photos you edit, and not infringe the copyright or personal rights of third parties;
Not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the app without authorization;
Take responsibility for all content you create using the app.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veduta is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Because your content is stored on your device, backing up your photos and edits is your responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lesmazer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data.
6. Apple App Store Terms
These Terms of Service are between you and Lesmazer; Apple is not a party to this agreement. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
Except as otherwise stated herein, for apps obtained from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies; you can find it at apple.com/legal. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce its terms against you.
7. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be published on this page and the "Effective Date" will be revised. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
