Veduta'yı kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Yaş Sınırlaması
Veduta, App Store'da 4+ yaş sınıfındadır. 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcıların uygulamayı ebeveyn veya yasal vasi gözetiminde kullanması önerilir. Ücretli Veduta Pro aboneliğini satın almak için 18 yaşında olmanız ya da yasal velinin açık onayına sahip olmanız gerekir.
2. Hizmet Tanımı
Veduta, iPhone ve iPad için fotoğraf kolajı ve düzenleme uygulamasıdır. Başlıca özellikler:
Kendi fotoğraflarınızdan isim, kelime ve tarih kolajı (her harf bir fotoğrafla dolar)
Izgara ve serbest yerleşimli kolaj şablonları, scrapbook, başlık ve çıkartmalar
Filtreler ve pro düzenleme araçları (eğri, HSL/renk, maske, rötuş, efektler, kırpma ve daha fazlası)
Toplu düzenleme ve tam çözünürlüklü dışa aktarma
Tüm işleme cihaz üzerinde yerel olarak gerçekleştirilir; içeriğiniz sunucularımıza yüklenmez.
3. Abonelik ve Otomatik Yenileme
Veduta'nın tek premium katmanı Veduta Pro'dur; aylık ve yıllık olarak sunulur. Ödeme Apple App Store üzerinden tahsil edilir ve Apple Kimliği hesabınıza işlenir.
Ücretsiz deneme: Yıllık planda uygun yeni abonelere 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme sunulur. Apple kuralı gereği her Apple hesabı bu hakkı yalnızca bir kez kullanabilir.
Otomatik yenileme: Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik aynı süre ve fiyatla otomatik yenilenir; ücret dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
İptal: Ayarlar > [Apple Kimliği] > Abonelikler. Mevcut dönem sonuna dek Pro etkin kalır.
Fiyat değişikliği: Apple gerekli bildirimi yapar; değişikliği kabul etmezseniz aboneliğiniz yenilenmez.
3.1 Ücretsiz ve Pro Özellik Ayrımı
Ücretsiz plan: temel kolaj ve düzenleme araçları; dışa aktarılan görsele küçük bir “Veduta” filigranı eklenir.
Veduta Pro: filigransız tam çözünürlüklü dışa aktarma, tüm filtreler, pro araçlar ve şablonlar.
4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Veduta'yı kullanırken şunları kabul edersiniz:
Telif uyumu: yalnızca size ait olan veya gerekli izne sahip olduğunuz fotoğrafları kullanın.
Yasalara uygun içerik: yasa dışı, nefret içeren, taciz edici veya aldatıcı içerik üretmeyin.
Hesap güvenliği: Apple Kimliği bilgilerinizi güvende tutun.
Oluşturduğunuz içeriğin tüm fikri mülkiyet hakları size aittir; Veduta içeriğiniz üzerinde hak iddia etmez.
5. Sorumluluğun Sınırlanması
Veduta “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez. Veri kaybı veya bozulması, geçici kesintiler ve hukuka aykırı kullanımdan doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Her koşulda toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Veduta için ödediğiniz abonelik tutarıyla sınırlıdır. Türk Tüketici Kanunu'nun tüketiciye tanıdığı zorunlu haklar saklıdır.
6. Apple App Store'a Özel Hükümler
Apple Inc., bu koşulların tarafı değildir ve sizinle Lesmazer arasındaki sözleşmeden doğan yükümlülük altında değildir.
Bakım, teknik destek ve güncelleme yükümlülüğü Apple'a değil geliştiriciye aittir.
Yasal garanti talepleri geliştirici tarafından karşılanır.
Ürün sorumluluğu ve fikri mülkiyet uyumu geliştiriciye aittir.
Apple, bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf yararlanıcısıdır. Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.
7. Hesap ve Veri Silme
Veduta hesap kaydı gerektirmez; uygulama tamamen anonim kullanılabilir. Yerel verilerinizi uygulama içinden silebilir veya Veduta'yı kaldırarak tüm yerel verileri tamamen kaldırabilirsiniz.
8. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Çözüm
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; yetkili mahkeme İstanbul Mahkemeleridir. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında tüketici uyuşmazlıklarında önce contact@lesmazer.com ile çözüm aranır; ardından parasal sınıra göre ikametgâhınızdaki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti veya Tüketici Mahkemesi yetkilidir. AB'de ikamet eden tüketiciler için AB Online Uyuşmazlık Çözümü platformu (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) kullanılabilir. Koşullar güncellenebilir; değişiklikte yukarıdaki tarih güncellenir.
9. Telif Hakkı
Veduta tamamen cihaz-yerel bir uygulamadır; kullanıcı içeriği sunucularımızda barındırılmaz, dolayısıyla barındıran-taraf rolü doğmaz. Veduta markası ve uygulama içi öğeleri (şablon, filtre vb.) Lesmazer'a aittir. Marka veya öğelere ilişkin telif taleplerini contact@lesmazer.com adresine iletebilirsiniz.

1. Age Restriction
Veduta is rated 4+ on the App Store. Users under 13 should use the app under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. To buy a paid Veduta Pro subscription you must be 18 or have the explicit consent of your legal guardian.
2. Service Description
Veduta is a photo collage and editing app for iPhone and iPad. Key features:
Name, word, and date collages from your own photos (each letter is filled with a photo)
Grid and freestyle collage templates, scrapbook, captions, and stickers
Filters and pro editing tools (curves, HSL/color, masks, retouch, effects, crop, and more)
Batch editing and full-resolution export
All processing happens locally on your device; your content is not uploaded to our servers.
3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Veduta's only premium tier is Veduta Pro, offered monthly and yearly. Payment is charged through the Apple App Store to your Apple ID.
Free trial: the yearly plan offers a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Per Apple's rules, each Apple account may use this once.
Auto-renewal: unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends, the subscription renews at the same term and price; the fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancel: Settings > [Apple ID] > Subscriptions. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.
Price changes: Apple provides the required notice; if you do not accept, the subscription will not renew.
3.1 Free vs Pro
Free plan: core collage and editing tools; a small “Veduta” watermark is added to exported images.
Veduta Pro: watermark-free full-resolution export, all filters, pro tools, and templates.
4. User Responsibilities
When using Veduta you agree to:
Copyright compliance: use only photos you own or are licensed to use.
Lawful content: do not create illegal, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content.
Account security: keep your Apple ID credentials safe.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you create; Veduta claims no rights over it.
5. Limitation of Liability
Veduta is provided “as is”; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We are not liable for loss or corruption of data, temporary interruptions, or consequences of unlawful use. In all cases our total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid for Veduta in the last 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights under Turkish consumer law are reserved.
6. Apple App Store Terms
Apple Inc. is not a party to these terms and is under no obligation arising from the agreement between you and Lesmazer.
Maintenance, support, and updates are the developer's responsibility, not Apple's.
Statutory warranty claims are handled by the developer.
Product liability and intellectual-property compliance rest with the developer.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
7. Account and Data Deletion
Veduta requires no account and can be used entirely anonymously. You can delete your local data from within the app, or remove all local data completely by uninstalling Veduta.
8. Governing Law and Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumer disputes are first addressed via contact@lesmazer.com; then, depending on the monetary threshold, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at your residence has jurisdiction. Consumers residing in the EU may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). We may update these terms; the date above will change accordingly.
9. Copyright
Veduta is a fully device-local app; user content is not hosted on our servers, so no hosting-party role arises. The Veduta brand and in-app assets (templates, filters, etc.) belong to Lesmazer. Send any copyright claims regarding the brand or assets to contact@lesmazer.com.
