Veduta'da tüm fotoğraf düzenleme %100 cihazınızda yapılır. Fotoğraflarınız ve düzenlemeleriniz hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez; hesap veya kayıt gerekmez. Yalnızca isteğe bağlı abonelikler güvenli bir abonelik hizmeti üzerinden yönetilir.
1. Giriş
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Lesmazer tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen Veduta uygulamasının gizliliğinizi nasıl koruduğunu açıklar. Veduta; iPhone ve iPad (iOS 18+) ile Mac Catalyst üzerinden macOS için tamamen cihaz üzerinde çalışan bir fotoğraf düzenleyici ve kolaj oluşturucudur.
Temel ilkemiz nettir: tüm düzenleme cihazınızda yapılır. Veduta'nın düzenleme için bir ağ bağlantısı, sunucusu veya arka uç altyapısı yoktur; hesap, kayıt veya kullanıcı profili oluşturma da yoktur. Tek istisna, isteğe bağlı Veduta Pro aboneliğini doğrulamak ve yönetmek için kullanılan abonelik altyapısıdır (bkz. Bölüm 4).
2. Cihazınızda Kalan Veriler
Seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar, üzerlerinde yaptığınız düzenlemeler, oluşturduğunuz kolajlar ve uygulama tercihleriniz yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir ve saklanır. Bunlar hiçbir zaman karşıya yüklenmez, hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez ve bizimle veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
Fotoğraflarınıza biz hiçbir zaman erişemeyiz. Bitmiş çalışmanızı dışa aktardığınızda, bunu siz seçtiğiniz için cihazınızdaki fotoğraf kitaplığınıza kaydedilir.

Veduta fotoğraf kitaplığınızı okumaz. Düzenlemek istediğiniz fotoğrafları, Apple'ın sistem fotoğraf seçicisi (uygulama dışı, ayrı bir süreçte çalışır) aracılığıyla siz seçersiniz; yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğraflar uygulamaya gelir.
Veduta kamera, mikrofon, konum veya kişiler iznini istemez ve bunlara erişmez. İzinleri dilediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar uygulamasından değiştirebilirsiniz.
4. Üçüncü Taraflar
Veduta'da reklam ağı, sosyal medya pikseli veya kullanıcı izleme amaçlı analitik/çökme raporlama SDK'sı bulunmaz ve uygulama sizi izlemez. Kullandığımız tek üçüncü taraf hizmet, isteğe bağlı Veduta Pro aboneliğini doğrulamak ve yönetmek için kullanılan RevenueCat'tir (RevenueCat, Inc.).
İsteğe bağlı Veduta Pro aboneliği satın alındığında, ödeme işlemi tamamen Apple App Store (Apple StoreKit) tarafından yürütülür; ödeme/kart bilgileriniz Veduta'ya veya RevenueCat'e iletilmez ve bizim tarafımızdan saklanmaz; bu işleme Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikası uygulanır.
RevenueCat, abonelik durumunuzu doğrulamak ve satın alımlarınızı cihazlarınız arasında geri yüklemek amacıyla Apple'ın işlem makbuzu bilgilerini (satın alınan ürün, abonelik başlangıç/bitiş tarihi gibi) ve uygulamanın oluşturduğu takma (anonim) bir tanımlayıcıyı işler. Bu veriler reklam veya uygulamalar arası izleme için kullanılmaz; adınız, e-postanız veya iletişim bilgileriniz RevenueCat'e gönderilmez. RevenueCat'in gizlilik politikası: revenuecat.com/privacy.
Uygulama içindeki bağlantılara (gizlilik, kullanım koşulları, uygulamayı puanla) dokunduğunuzda ilgili sayfa tarayıcınızda açılır.
5. İzleme (Tracking) Yok
Veduta sizi izlemez. Aşağıdakilerin hiçbiri kullanılmaz veya toplanmaz:

6. Çocukların Gizliliği
Veduta, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. Uygulama kimliğinizi belirleyen bir veri (ad, e-posta, iletişim) toplamaz; yalnızca abonelik yönetimi için takma bir tanımlayıcı ile satın alma bilgisi işlenir. 7. Haklarınız (KVKK ve GDPR)
6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamındaki haklarınıza saygı duyarız. Veduta sizi kimliğinizle ilişkilendiren kişisel veri toplamaz; abonelik yönetimi için işlenen veriler yalnızca takma (anonim) bir tanımlayıcıya bağlıdır. Bu verilere ilişkin talepleriniz için bizimle contact@lesmazer.com üzerinden iletişime geçebilirsiniz; abonelik altyapısı sağlayıcımız RevenueCat'in gizlilik uygulamaları için revenuecat.com/privacy sayfasına bakabilirsiniz.

8. Değişiklikler
Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Yürürlük Tarihi" değişir.
In Veduta, all photo editing happens 100% on your device. Your photos and edits are never uploaded, sent to any server, or shared — there is no account or sign-up. Only optional subscriptions are managed through a secure subscription service.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Veduta, developed and operated by Lesmazer, protects your privacy. Veduta is an entirely on-device photo editor and collage maker for iPhone and iPad (iOS 18+), and for macOS via Mac Catalyst.
Our core principle is simple: all editing happens on your device. Veduta has no networking, servers, or backend for editing; there is no account, no sign-up, and no user profiling. The only exception is the subscription infrastructure used to validate and manage the optional Veduta Pro subscription (see Section 4).
2. Data Stays on Your Device
The photos you choose, the edits you make, the collages you create, and your app preferences are processed and stored only on your device. They are never uploaded, sent to any server, or shared with us or any third party.
We never have access to your photos. When you export your finished work, it is saved to the photo library on your device because you chose to save it.

Veduta does not read your photo library. You choose the photos you want to edit through Apple's system photo picker (which runs out-of-process, separate from the app); only the photos you select are brought into the app.
Veduta does not request or access camera, microphone, location, or contacts. You can change permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.
4. Third Parties
Veduta has no advertising network, no social media pixel, and no user-tracking analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and the app does not track you. The only third-party service we use is RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), used to validate and manage the optional Veduta Pro subscription.
When you buy the optional Veduta Pro subscription, the payment itself is processed entirely by the Apple App Store (Apple StoreKit); your payment/card details are never sent to Veduta or RevenueCat and are not stored by us — this is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
RevenueCat processes Apple's transaction receipt information (such as the purchased product and subscription start/end dates) and a pseudonymous (anonymous) app-generated identifier, in order to verify your subscription status and restore purchases across your devices. This data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and your name, email, or contact details are never sent to RevenueCat. RevenueCat's privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy.
When you tap a link inside the app (privacy, terms, rate the app), the relevant page opens in your browser.
5. No Tracking
Veduta does not track you. None of the following are used or collected:

6. Children's Privacy
Veduta does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. The app does not collect data that identifies you (name, email, contacts); only a pseudonymous identifier and purchase information are processed for subscription management. 7. Your Rights (KVKK and GDPR)
We honor your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Veduta collects no personal data that identifies you; any data processed for subscription management is tied only to a pseudonymous (anonymous) identifier. All of your content stays on your device and is under your control; you can remove everything by deleting the app. For questions or requests: contact@lesmazer.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page and the "Effective Date" will be revised.
